Buffalo Wings

Remove the tip from the wing by sliding a sharp knife into the joint between the two pieces,
then pressing down firmly once you feel the center of the joint.
The tips can be saved to make chicken broth, or they can just be discarded.

 

 

 

POULTY SAFETY TIP #2:
The skin carries most of the dangerous microbes.
After washing the chicken pat dry with a paper towel. Don't use the paper towel for anything else, discard immediately.
